Wonderbox wanted to bring warmth, clarity, and emotion to its digital platform. The previous interface lacked consistency and visual depth, making it difficult for users to connect with the joy of gifting experiences.

I contributed to the UX/UI redesign and created the illustration style system, which became a core visual asset for the brand’s digital and campaign ecosystem.
PAIN POINTS
Challenges
Users found the old UI functional but emotionally flat
Lack of visual consistency between website, mobile, and marketing visuals
Illustrations and iconography didn’t reflect the joyful, human aspect of gifting
